Gail Goodman, Ph.D., is the 2008 recipient of the Urie Bronfenbrenner Award for Lifetime Contribution to Developmental Psychology in the Service of Science and Society.
The American Psychological Association reserves this award for an individual who has, over a lifetime career, utilized the science of developmental psychology to create a better society through research, advocacy, direct service, public policy, and education. Goodman's work has directly improved the conditions for children and their families.
